Pre-Release Support
We begin up to one year before release, offering personalized planning and virtual check-ins to help participants build a foundation for success. Through one-on-one coaching, motivational support, and custom action plans, we help individuals prepare for life beyond incarceration.
Post Release Support
After release, we provide continued guidance through job search help, life skills training, financial literacy, and reconnection with family and community. Our goal is to walk alongside each person until they’re confident, independent, and thriving.
